I designed this guide to help you have a safe and reliable fitness plan during and after pregnancy. Every mom deserves to have the knowledge this guide has. This guide also includes workouts for each trimester and recovery exercises for the first 8 weeks postpartum! Not sure how to do the exercise? This guide will also help you learn more about your body, the changes that occur as your baby grows, and how to exercise properly during and after pregnancy! My hope for this guide was to help moms at all stages feel confident as you exercise, have the knowledge you need in order to recover properly, and no longer feel left in the dark.

If you are a mom and have been postpartum for a while, there is still a lot of great knowledge for you in this guide. Remember that the different core breath exercises are still something that you can do, especially if you still have diastasis recti. It can take up to a year to fully recover. It is never too late to work on your diastasis recti or your pelvic floor!
