About 4 months ago, I realized I was gaining any weight I lost having Kayleigh back. I knew I needed to change, but didn’t know what to do or how to do it. That was when randomly @ladybossfitlete popped up on my TikTok of all places and where this process began. Since starting with her, I’ve lost 17+ pounds and 2 pants sizes, gained muscle, confidence, knowledge and so much more.”
Question: How did your workouts feel to you? Did you feel like they were too easy or too challenging?
Client Answer: Felt good. I definitely can tell my heart rate is coming down in the sense that I don’t get tired as easy. My booty is a little sore. I was on a walk the other day and I did comment how much stronger my lower abs feel which I think is helping my lower back too.
Question: Have you seen any changes (both physically and mentally)?
Client Answer: Definitely achieving mental changes being binge free for 10 weeks in a row now! And felt so in control of my eating with baking and an appetizer at night. Before I would have completely over indulged and then felt extremely guilty for it afterwards. But now I don’t!!!
Another Client Answer: Much better head space mentally lately. I also feel good, my body feels healthy, my muscles and joints have been feeling pretty good.
Another Client Answer: Physically, my jeans fit me loose now, well several jeans actually I have to belt them. There were a pair of shorts that were always so tight around the waste and now they fit perfectly. I see the changes with my clothes. Mentally, I look forward to working out no matter how tired I am. I genuinely enjoy it because I love how I feel.
Another Client Answer: Actually, yes! I tried on a skirt I haven’t worn in over 2 weeks and it actually fits properly now :’) I was so excited to tell you!
Another Client Answer: Absolutely! Clothes are fitting better, I feel more confident in myself, and I can just tell the way I carry myself has changed so much!
Question: Did you have trouble meeting your macros? If so, which specific macros gave you issues?
Client Answer: I have been doing really good at this. I think before I thought that my calories and carbs were scarce, because this is what I am used to (years of restriction). But now I know that I can basically fit anything into my day. This week I went for brunch with a friend to this completely gluten free restaurant where I had the freedom to choose anything on the menu. I had a bagel for the first time in like 10 years… and every single bite was so satisfying.
Question: How are you feeling about your body?
Client Answer: I have slowly been feeling good about my body again. I am still not great about my love handle/lower belly, but they are slimming down. I know it takes some time to get where I want it so I’m going to keep crushing it.
Another Client Answer: Gaining confidence. My mother in law said she noticed a change, hasn’t seen me since my daughter was around 6 weeks old.
Another Client Answer: I feel good. I am starting to pop a little. I am feeling sexy! I won’t share the deets ;)
Another Client Answer: I love what I see and it’s only going up from here! Love that I’m seeing more definition in my stomach areas too!
Question: Overall, how do you think this week went for you?
Client Answer: Great!! I have some exciting news. I have a history of bingeing. It has never been extremely bad, but there were definitely days/weekends where I was out of control (but that’s because I was so restrictive throughout the week). I realized today that over the last 10 weeks not only have I not binged once, I never even had the urge to because I’m properly fueling myself every day of the week. I wanted to cry happy tears because this is HUGE progress for me. And even on the weekend when I have a free meal I just eat it and feel satisfied without spiraling out of control.
Another Client Answer: This week was hella good. I’m really getting into a groove with my life and routine. I’m happy, like really happy.
Question: Did the workouts challenge you mentally?
Client Answer: Yes, I swear to God I feel my body on a good level. I like what I see in the mirror and I never thought I could achieve this satisfaction within myself.
Question: How did your workouts feel to you (too hard? boring? amazing?)?
Client Answer: The workouts have been fueling me a lot, I get in the zone and I’m just in love with it no matter how slow I go sometimes. I love how I feel after.
Another Client Answer: They were GREAT!! The changes you made with the certain leg/arm workouts were really good choices I think. I’m able to do them without pain/tension and it makes me feel more capable, instead of being like “oh, why can’t I do these with ease, what’s wrong with me/my body?”
Question: How are you feeling in other aspect of your life (self image, overall mental space)?
Client Answer: Really good right now! I’m hoping that soon I can really start focusing some more on some hobbies/passions and start learning some new things. I feel inspired too with the energy and confidence that I have! Self image has been pretty great!
